I started the Roll Model Mama program when I was 31 weeks pregnant and boy did it help! I was having calf cramps at night and I now do the calf and foot sequence almost daily. I also haven't had any issues with swelling or my feet getting larger and I attribute that to using the Therapy balls and doing the foot exercises from the program. Using the tune up balls even for just 5 minutes or so a day kept me moving on days I was stiff and sore and didn't feel like it. Overall, this program provides a great self-care protocol so you feel empowered to take care of yourself.
